This policy explains how Childcare Blueprint Ltd ("we", "us") collects and uses personal information when you visit childcare-blueprint.com, book a call with us, join our free course or community, or become a client.
Who we are
Childcare Blueprint Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17266379. Our registered office is Unit 10, First Floor, Rotherbrook Court, Bedford Road, Petersfield, GU32 3QG. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

What we collect
- When you book a strategy call: your name, email address, phone number, your nursery's name, the number of settings you run, anything you choose to tell us in the booking form, and the date and time of your call.
- When we speak or work together: notes from our calls, emails and messages, and information about your setting that you share with us so we can help you, such as occupancy, pricing, marketing results and business goals.
- When you join the free course or our community: the details you give Skool when you sign up, and your activity in the community.
- When you become a client: contact and billing details, contract information and the account details needed to run your campaigns and your Childcare OS account.
- When you use our website: technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, collected through essential cookies and server logs.
We do not need information about children to provide our services and we ask you not to share it with us. If your setting's own data is held in Childcare OS as part of a client service, we handle it as your processor under a separate data processing agreement.
How and why we use it
- To arrange and hold your strategy call and follow up afterwards. Lawful basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
- To deliver our services if you become a client. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
- To send you useful emails about growing your nursery, our free course and our services. Lawful basis: your consent, or our legitimate interest where you are a business contact who has enquired with us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
- To keep records and meet our legal obligations, for example accounting and tax. Lawful basis: legal obligation.
- To run and improve our website and marketing. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We share it only with trusted providers who help us run the business, under contracts that require them to keep it safe:
- HighLevel (LeadConnector), which hosts our website, booking calendar, CRM and email automation
- Google Workspace, for email and documents
- Skool, which hosts our free course and community
- Kit, for email newsletters
- Google Meet or Zoom, for strategy calls
- Our accountants, payment providers and professional advisers, where needed
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
International transfers
Some of these providers are based in, or store data in, the United States. Where information leaves the UK we rely on UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses to protect it.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and strategy call records where you do not become a client: up to 2 years after our last contact, then deleted.
- Client records: for the length of our contract and 6 years afterwards, to meet legal and accounting requirements.
- Email marketing: until you unsubscribe. We keep a minimal record so we do not email you again.
Cookies
Our website uses essential cookies so the pages and booking calendar work. Our pages also load fonts from Google, which means your IP address is shared with Google when the page loads. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies on this website. If we add them, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, to ask us to transfer it, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

We will update this page if anything changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
